This was a dream come true! I had the pleasure of photographing and interviewing Carmen Electra for Nylon Espanol. The shoot conceptually was based off of cowgirls and fetish fashion, think Sin City vibes. The Images were shot in the Hollywood Hills at one of the most eccentric locations I have ever shot at, the house of horror movie director, Children of The Corn, Fritz Kiersch. The majority of the shoot was shot outdoors because it had a lot of cactus and felt more western. She was such a fantastic subject to capture. Typically when I shoot their is a lot of direction coming from me but with Carmen it was just me capturing her in motion. She is a dancer and a gymnast and you can tell that she is completely in tune with her body. Her movement was inspiring she really gave everyone on set a performance. Carmen Electra is an Icon and was everything I was hoping she was, WOW!
